The uniforms are very lax here. Take the construction workers re-doing the highway for example. This morning I saw one guy wearing nothing but shoes and some bikini underwear, and this afternoon another guy wearing nothing but work boots and some very short, feminine jean shorts. I guess the women like it! Haha.
